Alright, I'm free to start posting again, and I'm going to start re-posting Cybernetics as well as continuing Small Things. I know ya'll have been waiting a long time for Enlightenment to be updated, and I'll be putting that up as well. So, I've decided to run tags a bit differently than you usually see in fic communities. As such, I've made this handly little FAQ so you can navigate the journal with some idea of where the hell you're going :)

RATINGS: Instead of, you know, creating a tag for every rating, I thought I'd save us all a lot of time and divide my fic into two categories...adult, and not. Things tagged "adult" have adult content and would be rated R/NC-17/MA if there were ratings. Which there aren't. Things that aren't tagged "adult" are PG-13/lower.

OLD VS. NEW: Things tagged "old fic" are going to be things that I wasn't currently working on when this journal was created. We're talking Cybernetics, These Things, Ninja Turtle drabbles, all that stuff. Current projects, like Enlightenment will be fixed with a "new fic" tag, because they're new. Get it? :)

PORN WITHOUT PLOT: I've decided that, since I have an "adult" tag, chapters from within larger stories that consist entirely of porn (also known as Grif/Simmons fics) aren't going to be tagged as "pr0n" since they do, in fact, have a plot. Unless the chapter can stand alone as a story (which they never do), it won't be tagged as porn. I'm defining porn as drabbles/fics which have literally no plot and were written for the sole purpose of pointless sex.

GENERAL: You don't care about these entries. It's just a generic tag for anything that isn't fic. More than likely posts tagged "general" will be notices that I'm deathly ill and can't update, or I'm out of town and my hotel doesn't have free wi-fi and I sure as hell ain't posting from my phone. Don't bother reading them. I bet they'll be really boring.

I'm sure as the contents of this jornal expands, so will the number of tags and so will the Tag FAQ. For now, these are the only items you really need to worry about.

Well, I finally decided it was time to make a journal for the sole purpose of cataloging my fan fiction. Whether or not I'll have time to maintain it between work and school, I have no idea, but I'll try my damndest, that's for sure!

Anyways...yeah. Now all I have to do is post some stuff, settle on a layout, make some new userpics, create my tags and then pimp the hell out of this thing.

I guess I'll go get started...
